Can this be used in an outdoor pond?

Didn't Last

Product worked great for 18months that broke down. Very disappointing , don't waste your money.

Electrocution

Added to my 125 Tank, electrified my tank zapped me when I touched the water and more intensely the close my had was to the heater. Chewy has been awesome with the return and are refunding my money.

Bulky controllers

Works great. Controllers are bulky and cord a little short. Other than that it works great. I bought two.
