This toy is not recommended for heavy chewers. No toy is indestructible. Supervise your pet when using since small parts can present a choking hazard or internal blockage. Discontinue use if the toy is damaged. Keep out of reach of children. Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it's always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

I had to repeatedly show my cat how it worked. Once i placed his paws on it, he got the hang of it.
I am always looking for interactive toys for my cats. When I saw this on Chewy, I bought it right away. 3 out of 4 of my cats are treat motivated. All 4 cats hated this treat dispensing toy. One was afraid of it and ran away every time I put it near her. The others just walked away or avoided it.
My cat broke this toy within a few weeks, this is his habit when he's bored with a food toy, so I wouldn't recommend for large animals but it worked well for the short time we had it.
nothing is wrong with the toy but my cat cannot seem to figure it out - she might be dumber than I suspected
There is no movement if they want a treat I have to shake it out waste of $$
Our puppy LOVES this thing, but it lets out a lot of food at once, and she quickly and easily figured out how to get the head off, dumping the contents everywhere. Good concept but needs better locking.
I really wanted this to work for my kitties. So much so, I bought two. Sadly, the cats sniffed it and walked away (even with their favorite treat inside). On the plus side, the device rolls smoothly and, with a good push, tips out food. But still, it totally fails to work as intended. It is too heavy for my cats to roll or push over enough to get a treat out. It is also hard plastic which is not at all appealing to them. The treat holes are quite small and cat-head shaped which gets in the way of the treats coming out. Maybe it would work for a large puppy, but not for adult or smaller kitties. Bummer.
My two cats didn’t seem interested in it at all. I even tried putting catnip inside and nothing.
My cats hate this thing. It’s the first thing that I’ve bought that they won’t touch.
My dogs like this but it lets out a lot of food at a time.
