Ok for less than a year
By Handidog on May 26, 2019
We bought this caught end of August 2018 and it is now end of May 2019. One of our dogs needs it if she is going to walk and we take all the dogs on a half a mile walk every day (except in extreme cold). The front of this wheelchair, the harness area is broken in several spots and hanging on by threads in others. For the amount of money I would expect it to last longer than a year and it hasn’t even made it to a year yet. I keep getting errors when trying to post pics otherwise you would see it

Too heavy for little dogs
By Samantha on Apr 10, 2019
I purchased this for my senior pekingese, Carmella as she was having issues with her back legs. She was 13 lbs. She was unable to use this as it was too heavy for her being as how her legs were weak. the metal frame is very heavy for a dog that has weak legs. She was exhausted just trying to take a few steps. My husband made one out of PVC pipes that was much lighter . I would not reccomend this for small dogs. Carmella crossed over the rainbow bridge yesterday 4/919. I wish I would have returned this sooner to get her something else. I guess I will try to donate it in the Hopes that it can help some other dog but it did not help my Carmella. They should make it out of lighter material.

Healed before we got to use it
By Fetch on Mar 26, 2019 top1000Contributor
We bought this to allow our paralyzed dog to get around with. I watched videos that showed you need to try them out slowly. We started doing that. She never got to where she would pull it on her own. We had to pull her by a leash to get her to move. She kept improving and the Lord pretty much has healed her. She now is able to get around with a small limp. The wheelchair went on easily and looks like it would work well for a dog who needs it. It fit her well too. Thankfully, we didn't get the chance to use it, because she was healed and no longer needs it.

My dog has wheels!
By Lori on Jan 20, 2019
At the end of December, when our 6 year old puppy lost the use of her back legs, we were devastated. We immediately called Chewy and asked if we could get this item overnighted to us. Because of the holiday weekend, we were told no, and that it wouldn’t even go out until January 2. Lo and behold, it arrived on New Years Eve! We were so happy, we called Chewy to thank them for the quick timing! Our puppy is learning to love her wheels and gets around well both inside and outside! I highly recommend this product and Chewy!

Wheels for dogs
By Richard on Jan 9, 2019
The quality of materials used in making this item is very good...making it durable and very sturdy...the clamps work well with my dog and the chair is both adjustable for height and width. The chair is wide enough between the wheelbase making it hard to tip over by the dog. Although the chair is heavier than what I had expected...it pulls very easily with little effort from the dog. My dog is still getting used to the process of wheels...however, it is my believe that in time he will get the hang of it...and finally run with the best of them.

Our Maddie can run again!! You won’t be disappointed.
By MilitaryWife on Jan 5, 2019
Our pug Maddie has dealt with leg issues for years. Now at age 15, she’s almost lost complete use of her back legs. She’s been so sad stuck inside and us carrying her everywhere. We bought this and prayed it would work. 3 days after using it, Maddie is running! She hasn’t run this fast in 3-4 years. This has given her a new chance at a longer life. I’d recommend this to anyone. It’s worth every penny!! Make sure you purchase the vest that’s sold separately. It works much better than the harness. Chewy sells the Walkin Wheels vest and it’s also worth every cent.

Not good for small dogs - dachshund
By Remy on Nov 11, 2018
My dachshund woke up one day and couldn’t use his back legs. In a panic, I ordered this cart with hopes that he would take to a cart since he had full use of his front legs. While this may be a good option for larger dogs, this cart is very back heavy. He could never get the momentum to really move. Furthermore, you are limited with size customization since this is the equivalent of a S,M,L so you can never get a perfect fit for the measurements of your dog. I ended up returning, ordering a custom cart (for only about $30 more) and my dog took to the new cart immediately. The custom cart was a lot lighter, better placement of the harnesses and overall better option for my dog. On a more positive My dachshund woke up one day and couldn’t use his back legs.
