Is this a spray on?

This Neem Oil can be applied directly to the skin or sprayed by mixing 1 fluid ounce with 20 ounces of water.
I know this is a weird question but can this be used on humans?

This topical oil is made for horses and dogs only. It should not be used on humans.
Is this safe for bovine use?

This oil can be used on horses, cows, dogs and other livestock. Please note, it should not be used on cats.

Fantastic oil

Neem oil really works great for my Joey. He has allergies to weeds and grasses. Also it works great for spider bites.

Very effective

My dog had severe dermatitis. He was taking Terbinafine and Atopica to manage his skin, which only works when he is taking it. This isn't good because long term use of Atopica causes organ damage. I was looking to stop his use of meds altogether due to that issue, and this oil solved all of his skin issues. I rub this oil on him everyday or every other day. His skin is smooth now and he is regrowing his fur. He has no yeast or redness anymore, and he isn't itchy at all. His vets and I have never figured out the source of his dermatitis, and this is the only remedy that is safe for him long term, doesn't suppress his immune system, AND gets rid of his severe itching and inflammation. I have been using this on him for 3 weeks now. I am hoping this will get rid of his condition at some point.

works great

I got this for our dog who has had a mange issue. I mix about half a cap into 1/4 cup of dog-shampoo in a separate bottle and add a little water so it'll all mix together. Then wash him with it and let it sit for 10 min before rinsing out. The shampoo helps cover the neem oil scent, but it soothes and is healing his skin and has been treating the itch and mites. I've also mixed 1 drop with about 1 teaspoon carrier oil (coconut or olive oil) and rubbed on itchy spots on his face. I like that this is a natural alternative that works quickly for skin and bug issues. When I shampoo with it, the dog is comfortable immediately after the bath, really seems to work fast and calm the itch. Plus the neem oil discourages licking since it doesn't taste good, so if he has an itchy spot he'll leave it alone.
