Gator
This may be their favorite game ever! Of all the $$ spent on toys this one kept their attention the longest. I don’t know what’s in the pom-pom but they are obsessed! I think I shoulda ordered 2?
Favorite toy
I had the green one originally and Martini wore it out. Pulled all of the feathers out of it and loved it non the less. I decided it was time for a new one and we got a blue one this time. Favorite as soon as I put it down. We don't put it on the doors. He prefers rolling around on the floor with it!
Cat is uninterested
She gave it one sniff and walked off, would not recommend.
Best toy ever!
I received this Hartz Cattraction Silver Vine & Catnip Gator Cat Scratcher Toy for free from Hartz in exchange for my (my cat's) honest opinion. My cat Rosie is very picky when it comes to toys, so I wasn't sure if she'd like it or not, but the minute I gave it to her she was eating the feathers, rubbing on the gator and belly, rolling over with it, just having the best time. I've never, in 5 years, seen her play like this. This toy has a little bit of everything, a scratching element, cat nip, a crinkle back, a soft toy, and then the feathered ball on an elastic string to play with. It can be hung from a door or played with on the floor. She played for quite a long time than slept with it. 7 days later and I've refreshed the Catnip a bit but she sleeps with it all day, wakes up, plays, sleeps on it some more. She absolutely loves it. On the few occasions she hasn't been sleeping with it, if I crinkle it, she comes running. I have not tried it hanging from a door yet, only because I feel bad taking it away from her to do so. I can not recommend this toy highly enough. I'm planning to purchase another one as a back up and as gifts for friends cats.

My two cats love these are door hangers we have 5 in the house at this point. Even the one that's a year old is still loved by them.

Its only one toy and no catnip was excited cause i thought that it was 2 and some catnip but only received on and no catnip

This Hartz Cattraction Silver Vine & Catnip Gator Cat Scratcher Toy is a huge WIN! I have 2 cats one is a 12-year-old Russian Blue and the other is a 4 domestic medium hair. The older one is picky when it comes to her playing at all. What to my surprise happened as soon as I put the Gator on the ground? She went right up to it and started playing which left me speechless. Then she kept playing for at least a half hour or more straight. I couldn't be happier than I am right now. Of course, my DMH loved it too but he loves everything.
1 in 3 of my cats was interested
One cat likes it and the other two ignore it. When this first arrived I could barely get it out of the package when Loki was trying to snatch it from me. He then played and drooled on it for about 10 minutes. My other two cats took turns sniffing it to check it out but then walked away. After that first 10 minutes Loki hasn't gone crazy or played with it but he does use the head as a pillow. It seems well made, but I don't know how much catnip or silvervine is really in it. I say it is a tossup and I am not really sure if I recommend it or not. I left the recommended checked just because it appears to be made well and all cats are different on what they like. I received a free product in exchange for my honest review.
The perfect car play buddy
My cat loves it before I could get it out the wrapping. It's so colorful and has some interactive fun for my cat he can scratch it okay with the fur ball .it's makes a nice squeaky sound that's surely keeping my cat entertain for hours. Great cat toy combination of natural attractants. Silver vine and catnip , any cats dream toy . Love the design it's a gator . So cool all green looking adora with those bigs eyes that catches my cat attention . Great toy and durable too .
Doesn't hold attention
Initially, my older cats loved this mostly for the smell as they would rub all over it then fall asleep. I thought they would enjoy the crinkle part but it didn't phase them, even when I made it crinkle. My youngest kitty, who is really still in kitten stage had the most fun with it, only if it was hung on the door as she mostly enjoyed the feather ball. Not one of my 5 cats seemed to use the scratch area.
