Not the same formula

Since my two picky cats will only eat this formula, I have been purchasing Delectables Chicken & Veggies for a very long time. I ordered 8 boxes of this formula, and they will not eat it. Hartz changed the packaging and changed the formula. I contacted Hartz, and I was told the packaging had changed, but the formula was the same. I did let them know that indeed the formula had changed because my cats won't eat it, and it looks different from the previous formula. I found some packets of the previous formula of Chicken & Veggies Stew at Meijer, so I bought all they had. I took photos of the new formula and the old formula side by side, and you can tell they are different. I sent the photos to Hartz, and I have not yet heard back. Now I have all these boxes and my cats won't eat it.

Caution pet parents

Just a word to the unwary...I have been buying Delectables Stew Chicken and Veggies for several years; it is my current cat's favorite. The company (Hart's) changed the package design recently for all Stew formulas and I ended up with 2 cases of the non-seafood version in this flavor...which must be a new variety; I've never come across it before, anywhere. I see the original version is still available places but this non-seafood version was listed first on Chewy. Neither cat will eat this new non-seafood formula and I'm stuck with 2 cases. Make sure you order the correct version.

Better Than Bisque

My cat really enjoys these! He's not THE pickiest, but is a little picky and he'll eat these every time. For whatever reason he definitely seems to enjoy the "stew" version of these lickable treats better than the "bisque". This is lickable but also has little shreds of chicken in it and that might be why.

Best product for senior cat

Having many cats of different ages I have found this item is wonderful for my senior cats and my cat with hyperthyroidism.Wonderful product and Awesome and caring staff. Always there for you

Most delicious treat out there!

I've tried a number of treats for my cat and I've found he prefers the Delectables over anything else. With other wet cat treats, he either won't eat or just licks the broth and leaves the meat chunks. With the Delectables, he cleans the bowl. I think it's because the meat and liquid is combined better. Highly recommend!

be careful

Bought for my picky Mimi, however this is NOT the "regular" Chicken and Vets she loves...it is nonseafood...what? Chicken & Vets is nonseafood....My Mini will not eat it, so will be donating it...be sure of what you order!

Chewy is The Best

I had an average order but remembered a few hours later that I intended to include another item so I notified Chewy. They already had my order pulled and it was on its way, but they rushed my last item to catch up with the rest . It all arrived the next day.

Cats look at it and walk away

I always buy the chicken and veggies and five of my cats love it but, this variety is "non seafood" and my cats won't eat it. It's very bland and unappealing looking.

I know this is supposed to be a treat, But...

There is only about 1 tablespoon of stew in the pack, so this is more like a 'tease' than a 'treat'. With that being said, my cats love it. Wish this would come in a can!

He Loves it!

My cat loves the Delectables Stew chicken and veggies. I wasn't too sure if he would like the veggies flavor but I'm glad he does.
