Make your grooming work double time with the Hartz Groomer's Best Combo Dog Brush. This dual-action brush has two specialized sides―one with stainless steel pins to remove lose hair and tangles, and another with nylon bristles to redistribute the natural oils in your dog’s coat to restore shine and silkiness. It’s great for pups with long, curly or wiry coats and is extra-gentle thanks to the safety tips on every pin. Plus, it has an ergonomically designed handle so you can enjoy brushing time as much as your pal.
Dual-action brush detangles, removes excess loose fur, and softens coat in one step.
Two specialized sides provide multiple benefits to support a healthy coat and work to reduce shedding.
Stainless steel pins actively remove tangles and excess fur with every stroke, and have safety tips so they’re extra gentle.
Nylon bristles help bring out the softness and shine in your pal’s fur by redistributing the natural oils in your dog’s coat.
Combo brush has an ergonomic handle so it helps prevent strain and fatigue while you groom your pal.
This brush is great for my pekingese's mop of hair! I used to own a smaller brush and it would lose bristles every time. This brush is sturdy but not too rough on my little guy. I recommend it!

I got this for my labrador retriever. His Coat is short in some places and long in others. He loves this way more than a slicker. It's like a massage for him. Metal Bristles for longer areas and the other side to smooth shorter ones.
Waste of money

If you enjoy buying new dog brushes every couple of years than steel brush bristles are the right brush for you. Researching buying a brush that won’t RUST OUT the bristles and fall out now. Sure these brushes are cheap but when you have to replace them every 2-3 years they’re a waste of money. Don’t believe the rusty steel bristles are good for dogs skin either. I did find “Wet brush” and am really hoping it’ll work better so I can quit buying brushes more than I buy for my family. I’m including a picture so you can see the rust that gets on the brush. Will never buy this kind of brush again and would not recommend.

This brush works great and is well made !!!
The bristles don’t go back into the brush when in use, which is great !!
Good, however not for my dog

I needed a new brush after the other one I had got lost. I thought this would be great since it's double sided, however it doesn't seem to do well for my mini Australian Shepherd. The needles are too big and spaced out. The one I had the needles were smaller and closer together and removed the excess hair a lot better. The bristle side doesn't seem to do much either.
perfect brush for our crew of dogs!

we have a greyhound, GSD, lab/pit, and husky/blue heeler. This brush works on all of them (only use brush part for grey). The wire part grabs LOTS of hair from our other three, and the brush part keeps their coats shiny. We brush every other day, and the amount of loose hair has been reduced since using this brush.

I like the dual-purpose of this brush. I have a long-haired dog so the pins are good for brushing out knots and matts and the bristle side helps smooth and shine everything out.

I like the brush, it gets through my dogs' thick curly fur. It is a bit stiff, I have to be careful when brushing around his face.

Our other one wore out. This is great and will last for years as the previous one did.
