Not for doodle owners

Purchased this and the first time I tried to use it on my Doodle (the day after he got professionally groomed) the entire brush fell apart.

Was really good until it broke…

I honestly really like this brush, I have a 78 pound pit and husky mix so he’s pretty scruffy and gets knotted pretty easily. I used this brush everyday for about 2 weeks and then I guess the glue came off or undone on it and the part holding the bristles of the brush just came off. It’s a good alternative for people who don’t want to use metal brushes on their fur babies but I guess his tangles were too much.

Fell Aparr

I have two westie mixes. I was brushing the thicker parts of one of my dogs coats and the brush completely fell apart the first time I used it. The bristle part fell out of the handle. Might be ok if you have a lab with a very short coat but didn’t work for mine. Maybe I got a dud.

Great brush

I love the fact that the tips are not Sharp and I can comb my dogs without injuring their skin. Very easy to clean, also does a very nice job of removing tangles without ripping out hair. I have tree sap to deal with, so happy to have a good detangler. Happy this brush keeps the loose hair cleaned out of their long coats. The dogs never complain when I brush them now, great style of brush, don't need pressure to make it work. I have a short haired dog I can not use this on very often, so I bought a boar bristle brush for her.

Good Brush for Mini Breed

I have a 6 pound cavapoochon (poodle mix) that tends to get knots in her curls, particularly around the ears and tail. This brush has the wire prongs that bend half way that her groomer recommended I look for. I use this brush exclusively for the knots and I find it works great for that purpose! The handle is comfy and the head isn't too large for her small body frame.

The Best Brush!

This is by far the best brush we've ever bought for our Westie. I've bought other brushes before, of all sorts but the rubber ones weren't getting his undercoat hairs out at all, and the metal ones would scratch his skin. This is the first and only brush that does not damage his skin because of the little balls at the end of the bristles but also is extremely mighty and prevents his shedding. I could not believe how reasonably priced it was for what it does. Outstanding!

Like this brush

I like this brush but it’s very sharp I will say. It’s hard to clean the hair out of the bristles but it works good to get the hair!

A good tool, perfect for me needs.

I have a sheltie and this is a good finishing brush. This is not for detangling, and it’s not meant for much more than smoothing down the topcoat. Does just that. I love it!
