Did not last.
My cats absolutely loved this toy, it was hit but unfortunately, it broke just a month after we got it. The cable part detached from the stick. It's nothing that can't be fixed with hot glue but considering this wand toy is more expensive than others, you'd wish it would be better quality.
Just get it!
This is the best dang toy, my cats are OBSESSED. They normally don't want to play with the same toy at the same time because the little one is competitive, but as soon as they see this, they all come running. Seriously 1000% better than most wands - it's more like a real bird than anything I've ever gotten them. Plus, it feels like a ribbon dancer from when I was a kid, so I have fun playing with it too!
Crazy for this!
All 3 of my cats go wild when I bring this toy out. 1 in particular, who it is hard to find toys he likes, loves this toy. The way it moves must mimic a bird and brings out the predator instinct in them all! Highly recommend! He sits and waits under where I keep it and waits for me to bring it out.
Disappointing but fun while it lasted
My kittens loved this toy, but it didn't last but a day or two. They managed to get the feathers off in a day and lost interest in the fish so the toy didn't last that long. Not sure how the feathers are attached - but boy did they love it while it lasted. Too bad it didn't last longer.
Cats love it! Don’t leave it unattended though
My 1 yr old cat and 5month old kitten LOVE this toy. We played with it for HOURS! The only caution I have is that if you leave it unattended they can potentially hurt themselves because of the fishing line (it’s much heavier than fishing line, but still could get wrapped around a little leg).
Not durable
I liked the design of this wand but my small 6 month old kitten was able to break the string and remove the toy.
good for the price, my cat is obsessed
breaks easily but easy to extend its lifespan with ducktape and hot glue. i go through about 1 every 3 months. when it breaks, however, liam will absolutely refuse to play with anything else until i get a new one.
Favorite Toy breaks easily but my cat WANTS it!
My cat Fennec is obsessed with the fish on the wand. We must have purchased 12 of these this year because he needs to play with his fish. He carries it in his mouth everywhere. The issue is that the toy is easy to break, but he really gets difficult if he can’t have his fish wand time.
Loves these Fish!
I buy this just for the fish. My guy goes crazy for the fish. I have to have back up for fear of them being discontinued.
