Could have been catastrophic
I was (mistakenly) told at the shelter that this is what was being given to the bottle kittens I was fostering. My intention was to purchase KMR but felt like since this is what they were being given I shouldn't change them. They had constant diarrhea. I took them back to the shelter, they tested negative for parasites and the condition cleared up when they stopped giving this.
Works perfectly
I started with two one-day old kittens.Now they are four weeks old. First 3 and half weeks they lived 100% on a slurry of this powder in slightly warm water fed by bottle. They did great. In latest week they are now 50% kitten milk and 50% kitten wet food. They are healthy and energetic. Great product

Mom cat and two kittens can't get enough of this milk powder. All three run to milk soon as I put out for them. Kittens been using since their fifth week of birth to supplement Mom's milk. Mom cat drinks milk all the time too.
Dissolves easily
This works well for kitten milk replacer, dissolves more easily and with fewer lumps than other major brand. Foster kittens doing fine on it.

I have used this in the past with success. It makes a lot of formula. I would have liked a longer best by date.
too young to be away from Mama
I was given 2 kittens who are about 4 weeks old. They have teeth, but still too young to be away from Mama. I make up the milk for them to drink directly and mix with wet and dry food. They are thriving.
