Very good quality seed
Very good seed all our backyard birds in north Georgia like it.They like the harvest seed with mealworms also.I usually mix songbird wild bird food with the harvest mealworm seed mix,we have a lot of cardinals,,house finches, morning doves chickadees, titmice etc. They all like it and I really enjoy watching all the beautiful birdss come to the feeders! Chewy is the only place I can find harvest brand. Thanks chewy!
This is a very rich mixture with lots of striped sunflower and other ingredients loved by all. Most of all it seems to have almost no milo (light brown, round seed) that none of the birds in my backyard like. The mixture I had been buying before had so much that the ledge was always filled with it until the wind blew it off or maybe the vole at it later in the day.
No dust, no waste!
I tried this blend for the price and it's now a staple in my yard. There's virtually no waste. A fair number of sunflower hulls are open but the seeds are in the bag. It attracts a variety of birds--sparrows, wrens, bluejays, crows and doves so far. And they polish it off. Squirrels come, too, because that's what squirrels do and they're all welcome in my yard. So if you want critter company, this will do the trick.
Great Bird Seed
The wild birds in my backyard love the Harvest Seed. I have a hanging bird feeder and it’s usually full of hungry birds. The seeds that fall to the ground are eaten by the larger birds. Because we have several homeless cats that I feed, the cats love to sit and watch the birds, and we love watching them.
for the birds
My birds love this one I mix it up with the other bag I got..!! Only got 1 bag of this one and they love it, so many different kinds of birds very lovely too sit back and watch them..!!
Very little "filler" seed
Happiness! I finally found a bird seed that does not have a ton of the milo seed! The birds love this brand and I love the fact that all of seed is eaten up! This is my new go to bird seed brand!
I Will Buy This Again
There are seeds in this mix that my parakeets and my parrot love to eat. The rest can be discarded outdoors for the squirrels and wild birds. It seems fresh enough and the price was right for ten pounds.
Second bag of birdseed I’ve purchased from chewy.com that had ants all inside the box. I’m not buying birdseed from you anymore.
torn birdseed bag
When my order arrived the bag of Harvest bird seed was broken open and bird seed was falling out of the bag. Otherwise the product is a favorite of song birds
Infested with bugs!
This was my first and probably last time ordering from Chewy. Box came dented, torn open, and UPS must have taped it back together. Upon opening bag to pour into container, it was infested with some sort of bugs. Plus, birds weren’t happy with this mix.
