I bought one to replace one that finally had to be retired after many years of use. Within 30 seconds of popping in open and onto the floor it was occupied. I have 6 cats and they all love to play/ambush/pounce from this cube. Well worth the $ just in my entertainment value. I did remove the ties as they posed a risk of being chewed on and then detached/swallowed. The previous version had velcro for attaching to more cubes which I liked better.
I have 3 cats that don't share well so I've had to purchase cat play cubes for each! They play in and around them during the day and sleep in them at night.
Newbi (cat) loved it from moment I set it up. He loves to just sit inside it and bat at the hanging ties. Sometimes he just sleeps inside it. Also, we play together with the cube - I throw toys inside and he chases after them. Will probably get another one soon - then he'll have double the fun!
Our girl Pixel enjoyed a cube like this when she was boarding while we were away, so we bought this one on Chewy. Pixel loves going in and out, tumbling around inside, and beating up toys inside or just outside the cube. We haven't tried folding it back up (instructions ARE included) we leave it set up all the time.
Both our cats like the cube and periodically spend time in their.
My three cats love this cube and dash in and out while chasing their wand toys. It's easy to pop open and it's a nice size for larger cats (mine range from 12 - 17 pounds). The only drawback is the material seems very thin, especially given the price, and after only a week, is already showing some wear from their (regularly trimmed) claws.
This cube is irresistible to cats, but be aware that's you're paying for one, not three.
My cats have enjoyed these cubes for years. So happy we can still get them. The cube has gotten smaller. Lol! Thank you. Stay well and happy!
Just what it says it is - my kitties love these things
As soon as it was set up and their toys were put in it, they started rummaging around and playing in it.
