  • No more itches!

    By on

One of my dogs, Luna, is very sensitive to additives and gluten in dog food. I had been feeding her the same food for the last 3 years, since her adoption, but the food has been reformulated and now she can't eat it. After some research and studying the list of ingredients for many foods, we switched to Health Extension and couldn't be happier. The dogs love the flavor and all of the itching and hot spots are gone! Their coats are more shiny and their breath is much better.

  • Picky Eater Approved.

    By on

My dog is the pickest eater I've ever met. He never eats his food when i put it down. He'll sift through it, and eventually come back later and eat. I offered him a handful of this food just to see how he would do. HE CANT GET ENOUGH OF IT! As soon as I offer it to her he IMMEDIATELY eats. I've NEVER seen this dog do that. Even with other dog food, and some human food. He's picky with not only flavor by texture as well and he LOVES this food. THANK YOU SO MUCH.

  • Lite dry dog food

    By on

My dog loves this kibble and I wish they would make it with less fat content and also grain free. It is a great dog food flavor wise as chicken is a favorite flavor. Sure wish they could make a grain free free As I said above with less fat. Unfortunately no weight loss seen but he loved the blend.

  • Good, but be alert the pieces are bigger!

    By on

Our dog has lost 40-50% of his teeth and we were using the standard HE bits. Will he likes to beg as all dogs and gaining ###'s. "Lite" was recommended, so we purchased . Unfortunately the "bits" are about 3 times bigger and he cannot eat.

  • One Picky Dog

    By on

My dog thinks that she is a princess. She thinks that dog food should be what people eat. This is the first low calorie food that she likes and actually begs for.

  • Great product

    By on

It took about a week or 2 for my dog to get used to. She was used to kibble and this was much bigger, but I now use less and she gobbles it up.

Health Extensions changed their packaging... I ordered the wrong one. Needed the Little Bites. My little pug can't handle this size food.

  • allergies are kind of subsiding

    By on

so far my pup is finally eating this food. I am hoping that once she continues and improves with allergies that I will update give higher rating. I decided on this one after so many trial and errors with others. This has green tea and colostrum which supposedly are natural ingredients for allergy sufferers which are hard to find in other products. Wish us luck

  • dog approved

    By on

most lite foods leave my 9yr old Australian cattle dog asking for more and constantly feeling hungry, this food was well accepted for its taste and he eats the normal small feedings he would have on a regular food and is completely satisfied till the next meal. His coat is shiny and he is maintaining a healthy weight and energy level. This breed can get chunky easily if not working hard and he is no exception, so finding the right food to keep him feeling satisfied and his weight optimal is important and not as easy to find as one would think. two thumbs up
