    My dogs LOVE Heartgard!

    We've always used Heartgard and our dogs get excited just seeing the box when it comes out of the cabinet on the 1st of every month! I've always purchased our annual supply from our Vet; but used the Chewy Pharmacy for the first time and it was a great experience!     Does Not Prevent Heartworm

    My service dog has been on Heartgard Plus for 24 months. We had annual heartworm testing and was free of heartworm prior to starting Heartgard. My dog is now heart worm positive, never missed a tablet and were always given on time. The good news, Heartgard has a guarantee, however, they have yet to pay My service dog has been on Heartgard Plus for 24 months. The good news, Heartgard has a guarantee, however, they have yet to pay for any treatment. If they do pay, they will only pay for the Heartworm killing drug and $500 of vet expenses. That would be fine and dandy except that the $500 and the Heartworm killing agent does not begin to cover the costs of care. Allergic reactions the dog may have to the heartworm treatments are not covered either. Save your money and your dog, ask your vet for a different product. … more
