Your furry friend must have a current heartworm test result on file with your veterinarian in order to be prescribed heartworm medication. Please visit your veterinarian to have this test performed annually to protect your four-legged friend. This combo purchase has what it takes to protect your pet from pesky pests! It includes Heartgard Plus Chews for Dogs and NexGard Chews for Dogs. Each item in this bundle will require its own prescription approval.

Heartgard Plus Chews is a heartworm preventative that kills heartworms and also helps treat and control roundworms and hookworms. It comes in a delicious once-a-month, real-beef chew that dogs love and is safe for puppies 6 weeks and older.

NexGard Chews are vet-recommended and FDA-approved to kill adult fleas fast before they have a chance to lay eggs. This product is also FDA-approved to help prevent Lyme infections as a direct result of killing black-legged ticks. Each fast-acting chew provides safe and effective protection, killing fleas and ticks for a full month. Each NexGard bite-sized monthly dose is gentle enough to give to puppies and dogs as young as 8 weeks.

My Dog Loves Chewy!

When the delivery man rings the bell and my Yellow Lab sees the Chewy box, she is just like the commercials! She is so crazy excited because she is getting a Chewy box even if it is her monthly medication. I also order dog treats so she is not too disappointed when I open the box.

Bundle and pay an extra $60!

Be careful here, the pricing is a little crazy. You will save 30% by simply adding these two to your cart separately! this is true for the large dog option (50 - 100 lb)

Heartgard/Nexgard Bundle

My dog was found to be allergic to Simperica. My veterinarian's office suggested Chewy, because they don't carry Heartgard and Nexgard. After finding the price, including delivery, I compared it to my two local pet supply stores. Considering the prices, plus the extra I would have to give as a tip for delivery, this saves me quite a bit!!! He's doing MUCH better since he was switched back to what he originally took as a puppy. Thank you veterinary office and Chewy pharmacy! You both make it much easier to keep our baby safe!!!

Best Bundle and Easiest Ordering Process

I love this bundle. It protects my puppy against fleas, ticks, and heart worms. I get the prescriptions his veterinarian prescribes delivered right to my door. Chewy handles the approval process, which makes ordering so easy. These products work great. I have not seen one flea or tick and my baby is free of heart worms.

Not a discount

It’s technically not a discount it’s just hitting less buttons and having only one Auto ship. Both products for 6 months supply’s with auto ship come out to the same exact price listed above. You just don’t have to have two separate orders :). My Chocolate lab is 3 and we have used both these since he was a pup. We are outside always and in bodies of water a lot hiking, riding etc. And this product has always worked well for him. Would definitely recommend.

Wrong size

Bruno is 23 lbs and we need Blue box. You sent us Orage box for 4-10 lbs dog. I eported on Oct. 11 and so far no answer from you.

Bungled bundle

If you add 125.99 for NexGuard +63.99 for HrtGuard =189.98 so where is the bundle bargain? This seems to be an industry wide issue. No matter if the prices are great (like here) or just OK (my vet) the bundles are just simple addition with no discount. Toodles!
