Would Buy Again

This food got really mixed reviews but my flock loves it, especially the silkies. They have actually been eating their crumbles now not wasting them. My bag was not dusty at all.

Powder Clogs Feeder

Purchased this because, at the time, it was the only grower feed in stock. My pullets like the crumbles WHEN they exist. HOWEVER, as others have stated, this feed is mostly powder. It was required to be bundled with the mini plastic feeder which does NOT work with this food. I constantly have to go out and shake the feeder so that crumbles will come out because this is mostly powder which blocks the feeder from working. The pullets only like to eat the crumble and ignore the powder. Waste of money. Would never buy again.

Soy free is the way to be

Finding a good soy free starter grower was hard till i found this! The Starter grower was execllent. Small enough for the day old chicks and now that they are around 6 weeks they love it still. I like that it's organic and non GMO and like I said, soy free. Oullets are growing heathy and well. Thanks for this product!

great results, hefty price tag

I purchased 4 bags to get 6 broilers to their processing date. I liked all the “buzz-worthy” attributes (organic, soy free, non-gmo), and I liked that the protein was only 18%. Broilers are built to grow, and I wanted something a smidge lower than the 20-22% I kept finding everywhere else to help curb my chances of losing them to super quick growth. They’ve grown steadily and are perfectly healthy! The one we already processed was in great health and had no signs of growing too quickly (and it was delicious). However, at full price that comes out to dang near $200 in feed for 6 chickens. I was extremely fortunate to find their “blue light” sale or whatever it was called (in response to prime day) and got them bogo. $100 for 6 chickens is much better. I can see paying $17 for an organic, non-gmo, soy free, farm raised chicken. It’s a great deal! I can’t see paying ~$35 though.
