    They go crazy

    Didn't have much faith in this product, honestly just bought it as a toy to give to my cats, was not expecting them to go absolutely crazy for it. so crazy in fact that I have scratches on my hands and feet from trying to take it away from them. The simple fact that it runs away and hides, drives them up a wall. I've already recommended this to a friend who runs a cat rescue, and she said that most of her rescues also loved it. My only complaint is that the battery doesn't last too long, and they start yelling when it completely disappears because I'm trying to get a battery for it. I have bought two more to add to their play time so that way they can all stop fighting over the one. … more

    The battery truly only lasts a matter of minutes, not even hours. I saw the reviews that said the battery runs out quickly but figured it was a cheap enough purchase that it would still be worth it. My cat seemed intrigued by it, meaning he watched it intently and followed it around the house (it only The battery truly only lasts a matter of minutes, not even hours. My cat seemed intrigued by it, meaning he watched it intently and followed it around the house (it only works on hard surfaces, not rugs or carpeting) but he didn't ever try to pounce on it or catch it which was surprising. It looks like you can take it apart with teeny screwdrivers to replace the battery, but unless you already have those supplies it's not worth it in my opinion. … more
