My cat likes this---keeps him busy for at least an hour, throwing it, batting it, etc. He throws it a lot, usually into a place with carpet that it won't roll on. The tail came off the first day & I had to re-tie it. It seems to circle in a smaller pattern on the floor the more it is used. I had high hopes for this toy for my cat’s self play. I don’t think she likes the red eyes when they light up with motion. She has only approached it a few times but each time she backs away quickly. None of this is the fault of the toy. I still think that for the right cat, there would be hours of self I had high hopes for this toy for my cat’s self play. Loads of fun
By Wonderful on Jan 20, 2021
This toy may be small but it packs a boatload of entertainment for your cats. It runs around the house while they chase it. If they flip it over it’s on its back it will right itself and run from them again. Great for the natural Hunter and your cat

My cat loves this toy. Does great on hardwood, not so great on carpet though

So much fun
By Mimi on Jan 14, 2021
My cats love chasing lizards that get in our screened in area. I don’t love that! This toy gives them the same stimulation as the chase of lizards, without accidentally killing any. I recommend using it on hard floors. We tried it on carpet and it didn’t really move. My only regret is that I didn’t buy two from the beginning. Definitely recommend for an inexpensive, fun way for cats to go hunting.

Well the cats love it but I can't let them play with it without supervision. It is tiny! and it seems fragile. but the cat's like it.

It’s like she made a new friend with this bug toy! I do have to supervise to make sure she doesn’t hide or lose it.

Decent toy
By Catmom on Jan 9, 2021
My cats don’t really chase it like I excepted but they follow it and observe it. The only downside is that it gets stuck on carpet so you can only use it on hard surfaces. The other warning is to watch for small holes. Ours somehow slipped in the tiny crack between our dishwasher and the cabinets. We had to remove the dishwasher to get it out.
