    Great for my cats.

By Brew on Aug 24, 2016

My cats love this food. I've had trouble finding this food at pet stores. Chewy.com allows me to buy it by the case and I don't have to worry about running out.

    Good quality.

    By catresq on Aug 15, 2016 top1000Contributor

My very picky cats like this food when I add water. It's a very thick solid pate which is fine because I prefer to add my own moisture. When other pates are drained of their liquid and gelatin, there isn't much left. This food is well tolerated by my IBS cat.

    Cats won't eat it

    By kstew82 on Jun 18, 2016

All three of my cats refuse to eat this food. They turn their noses up and walk away. I was hoping they would like it since they like the Hills grain free dry food, but unfortunately they do not.

    Weird consistency

By JNece on Oct 16, 2015

My cats seem to like it which was #1, one cat more than the other. I like that it's grain-free, good for digestion and gives them an overall healthy source of minerals & veggies. However, the consistency is rather mushy and difficult to come off my spoon when time to feed them. It takes 12 taps on the side of their bowl to come off, and if they leave some in there for later the food dries up so quickly that they don't bother going for a second helping. I may order again but I would order instead if two cases of it, maybe a case of venison or turkey instead. Hope this helps!

This has low phosphorus levels which is good for my cat with kidney disease

    By Vicki34 on Jul 8, 2015

It has been difficult to find food that my 14-1/2 yr.old cat with stage 3 kidney disease will eat. He has been eating this and the canned roasted turkey flavor for months and he likes them very much. However, when his appetite is low I have had to supplement with dry food or Fancy Feast creamy broths to stimulate his appetite and increase his weight. I would give this 5stars, but I would prefer more fat content and no dextrose.

Two of 3 cats like it

    By Catmom on Jul 3, 2015 top250Contributor

Two of my cats like it, the 3rd one not so much. I have a picky cat who's also recently diagnosed with CKD. She doesn't care for this any time I put it down. The other 2 eat it very happily though - they have no issues with it and dig right in.

    My cat LOVES it!

By AdriaTee on Dec 18, 2014

When I first took my cat home, I started buying this when I was changing his diet because of issues with his other food. This is the only flavor he'll eat from this brand. His stomach finally settled and now he's happier and healthier than ever. Every cat will not like the same foods. Some will outright reject it and some will beg for more. I went through A LOT of flavors before coming to this one and I'm glad I found one my cat enjoys :)

sounded like a good idea but

By Rosebutter on Feb 21, 2014

I was hoping this canned cat food would be another option for variety in my cats diet. Unfortunately 3 cats outright rejected it and one nibbled for a half minute before walking away. Gave some to my neighbor to try on her cat and he also nibbled, but then also walked away. So I would say there is something about the texture and taste that the cats I know just do not like.
