Description

Help your canine companion maintain normal bladder health with Hill's Prescription Diet c/d Multicare Urinary Care Chicken Flavor Canned Dog Food. Bladder stones are collections of mineral crystals that combine together in the urinary tract and create discomfort that can lead to more serious problems requiring the care of a veterinarian. It’s formulated with a precise balance of minerals to deliver the essential nutrition she needs without overloading her system, which could encourage the formation of crystals.

  • They put me on a diet !

    By on

I was a little bit "dense" (as my doctor said) & I kept having problems with needing to go potty at night (& a few accidents). My Doctor said I should try this food. I really liked the food I had ALWAYs eaten. I was not going to eat this stuff. My mom said ok. And she looked like she was going to eat it...... well that said a lot if she would sit down with it, it must be good. I have been on it for a month now and really like it. I eat twice a day, have lost some weight, I am down to 110 pounds. I don't need to go out in the middle of the night and am not having accidents anymore either. They told my mom it is so I don't get UTI anymore (whatever that is). • Tasty food for a finicky dog on a c/d diet!

    By on

When we were first told our 16 yr old dachshund must stop ALL food and eat only this, and chicken &veg, Hills RX c/d food, we were non believers she would eat! Not only does she eats, she LOVES this food. We have started seeing a positive change in her urine output, so we are feeling optimistic this food is helping with her chronic bladder stones. She has hit an age where surgery again is possibly not going to happen..So we are counting on this food to help her..( and the RX treats for c/d diet dogs is a hit also! ) only problem we have with that is we have to break the bones to smaller pieces for an old dog who does not chew well anymore! Thank you Hill's ! Great products you have here ! • Great for kidney stone prevention

    By on

After my dog had to have surgery for kidney stones, my vet put her on the CD diet. She eats both, this and the dry food. Three years later she's still stone free! I could get this at my vets office as I had been doing, but this is so much easier having it delivered! Thankful that I found a company that sells prescription required pet food!

  • Hills c/d urinary chicken flavored dog food

    By on

So far, so good. I had her on another brand, but it didn't help with her bladder stones. I had to have her operated on again after over 2 years of feeding her the other brand. It would make it a lot easier if they would use pull tabs to open, especially for people with RA!

  • My dog loves this stuff!

    By on

I was worried when my vet told me my dog Sally needed c/d food. She's always been picky, and I've certainly spoiled her with most everything she wants to eat. BUT, she loves this stuff; wants more when she's had plenty. Knowing it's good for her too makes me feel good.

  • Dogs like it

    By on

Our dogs love this dog food. We have had no issues after feeding this to our dogs. They used to have issues with their bowels on other dog food brands. As soon as we switched food, they have been much better. This also cleared up our dogs urinary problems.

  • Hill's Urinary Care Canned Food

    By on

Although this food is not as appetizing as the chicken stew, our dog Riley will eat it if mixed in with the stew. Since it is a little less expensive than the stew and we have to have her on this diet due to bladder stones, this saves a few dollars.

I don't know how they do it but it seems like in the blink of an eye your order is at the door. Their prices are competitive and the boxed items come in excellent condition they are very well packed. Autoship takes off a few dollars which is great.

  • Great product

Chewy indicated 2 day shipping, and in fact provided the product within 2 days. Their prices are in line with others, but the two day shipping puts them ahead. Once I see how fast the food is consumed, I will go onto automatic delivery.

We love Chewy. There service is excellent. The prices are the cheapest around. Both of our dogs are on Urinary food, and it is so much easier to order online and have shipped that having to go out and get it. Love our Chewy
