  • Great customer service

    By on

I am enrolled in automatic shipping of my cats prescription food. I am a new customer to Chewy.com and was quite impressed with a recent customer service transaction with them. When we opened our order we realized some cans were dented and leaking on the remainder of the cans. I phoned customer service and was told they would replace the entire case free of charge. I offered to send the shipment back or take photos of the damaged items and was told it was not necessary. I am glad to pay it forward and donate the undamaged cans to my local cat shelter. Thank you Chewy.

  • Appears good quality, but cat didn't like the flavour

    By on

My cat did not like the flavor of the fish one. I had to change my recurring order to the chicken flavor one, I will donate the fish case to the local shelter. I had sufficient quantity on hand from the old prescription that I was getting from my recurring orders so no harm was done. Chewys customer service remains top rate. I have been a satisfied customer for years.

  • For uti conditions

    By on

I have used this brand and two flavors a year. My male cat blocked and I read reviews how people found that they had great success if they continued on the uti diet. The two males really like it as I put the other on it as males are so prone to this and dry food is so bad as the only food source. I am very much a nutritionist and read labels. With that said, I'm horrified at the ingredientts... by Products... all the things I so fight against BUT...blocking can kill them in 48 hours. The vets I've met all day vets approve and scrutinize formulation. It has the medication to keep crystals from forming. So I have had to change my point of view as the food has the balance and flavor they love. I have used this brand and two flavors a year. • My cats like it. So do I.

    By on

One of my dear kittens has a bladder condition that has relegated him to a lifetime of prescription food. His "brother" is willing to eat the same food. Many cats have urinary problems. Having a food that helps prevent future problems sets my mind at ease. So glad I can get this food delivered!

  • Don't bother buying anywhere other than Chewy.com

    By on

My cats have been on this diet for about 2 years. I used to fluctuate between ordering it directly from my vet and chewy based on where had the better price. I don't even know why I bothered. My personal vet, doesn't ship nearly as fast; doesn't track their shipments, and doesn't send email confirmation of shipments. Chewy.com is hands down the better service, even if they aren't always the lowest price. As far as the food is concerned, my cats loved the taste and gobble it up!

  • Great food if your cat needs it, but will they eat it?

    By on

My cat just doesn't like it very much. It goes bad quickly so you have to keep it refrigerated once it's open. I know it would be best if he would eat only this food, but it's just been a hard sell...

Our kitty and we are very pleased with our Chewy purchases and prompt service. Plus, our neighbor dog, Chevy, appreciates the chew sticks we get from Chewy as a treat for him.

  • Essesntial for crystals!

    By on Top 500 Contributor

Some of my cats need prescription diet for crystals. They like the aroma of this, but they are not fun of small hard chunks (meat & some bone) in the food. This wet food is not pate, more like hybrid of chunk & pate. I smash all the chunks & remove bones, so they don't leave the chunks out. If this one is smooth pate, I would give 5 stars.

  • It works, but does not have quality ingredients.

    By on

My cat will only eat a certain kind of dry food, and the food isn't good for him since it causes crystals to form. I fed him Royal Canin's prescription urinary care wet food for a while. I could not stand the smell of it. The first ingredient is pork and it smells awful. My cat would even turn his nose up at it at times. So I tried Hill's Science Diet prescription urinary care wet food. My cat likes it, and I can deal with the smell of it a little better, but the first ingredient is pork byproducts, which was very disappointing (and deceptive, since it is ocean fish flavor). I didn't even read the ingredients before ordering, because I don't have many options. My cat needs this diet.
