  • Hills d/d food

My vet suggested trying this food for my cat with allergies. She seems to like it and hopefully it is helping with her allergy problem. I just ordered a second bag of it.

Since my cats eat this product, I assume they like it; one begs for it (describing how would take too long) so I assume she REALLY likes it. However, as any cat owner/servant knows, one cannot assume what a cat is thinking. The cat who doesn't beg for the product is the one who actually needs it for his health.Having both eat it makes live easier.

  • Prescription for Pancreatitis Diagnosis

    By on

After my 10-yr-old Ragdoll was diagnosed with pancreatitis, the vet prescribed this food. Happily, my boycat took to it in only a couple of days (I mixed it in with his previous food over the course of a week, increasing the percent of the new food each day), AND his symptoms (namely, diarrhea, which is particularly traumatic for a long-haired cat) immediately cleared up. With those results, I'm sold.

  • I wish....... but nope!

    By on Top 100 Contributor

Just bought a small bag, kitty seemed to have nausea issues and the vet said to give it a try. Will have to say he did try it but only for a day or two if I'm lucky. Nice smaller pieces, smells real good but I guess only to me! Never got the chance to determine if it would of helped, but it's at least worth a try so I am recommending it.

She no longer vomits. Expensive food but dense so cats eat less.

  • Head shaking resolved!

    By on

My newly adopted kitty came with a severe head shake. After steroid and long acting antibiotic shots, a mite treatment and 2 different ear drops, my vet suggested changing his diet! Voila, head shaking reduced within 2 days!! Highly recommend!!

  • My Cat Loves This Food!

    By on

My cat has intestinal lymphoma. The vet put him on a special diet for sensitive stomachs. I've given him Hill's Science Diet all his life and when I switched to this Hill's Prescription Diet d/d, he took to it right away. I also give him the d/d canned food. I recommend this product.
