    Helps kitten's tummy

    Our new 10-month-old kitten started with constant diarrhea. We did all the diagnostics and got meds. Vet also prescribed I/D food. She likes it alright, tho' now that she's feeling better she seems to prefer the dry I/D over the canned. So we'll keep her on this as long as the Vet says. --- By the way, here's a tip for your Chewy orders: Don't order your cans of food with your litter. When I would put everything in the same order, invariably there would be bent cans - sometimes a whole lot of ruined cans. Chewy always credited or sent more, but it was an inconvenience. Then, I separated my orders. I put 2-months supply of food in one autoship and 2-months supply of litter in another autoship, set to arrive in alternating months. The food cans now consistently arrive in perfect or nearly perfect condition since they're not battered about with the heavy litter. --- Also, Chewy really is wonderful with their customer service. Just ring them up or email them with the order#. Just say, "Two cans were damaged." And that's that; they take care of it. Same with a non-prescription food that was rejected by the cat. I contacted Chewy; they gave me refund for the whole item. I did not have to send the unused portion back. I've never dealt with better customer service ever. It's astonishing, really. Just call them if you have an issue, even if you think it's a little issue or a heretofore unsolvable issue... … more

    Cats hate it.

    I have a cat that needs Rx food. She won't eat it. I have 2 others that won't eat it. There is an outdoor cat. She won't eat it. Must be nasty. They won't eat it even when hungry.
