  • 8 yr old lhasa apso looking healthy again

    By on

Good stuff.. Love the fact that chicken is the #1 ingredient. Our lhasa apso had pancreatitis in the past, so we're really concerned about fat intake. We smash it up and mix with some hot water to make it like a mush because I have a feeling she doesnt chew very well.. She gobbles it right up. We were feeding her homemade dog food for a while but she was starting to get real skinny and bony. Got tired of trying to figure out a proper recipe and portion size. This food got her back on track. It is expensive food but my mom is absolutely in love with our dog and the price doesnt matter..

Sassy does not care for the low fat version - she hopes you get the regular digestive care natural with chicken dry dog food before her owner places the next order

  • Good for older dogs

The vet recommended a low fat food for my dog. This food seems to be really gentle on my 12 yo mixed breed girl. She will eat it by itself or mixed with freeze dried toppers. Ordering again soon.

  • Dog Spits It Out

    By on

I have been having trouble with my terrier/dachshund mix having bad reactions to the kibble I have been feeding him lately. He has had multiple vet trips because of his vomiting and loose stools but everything comes up normal in the results. The vet wanted him on this so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately, my little guy spits every bit of kibble out that he finds mixed into his bland chicken and rice diet. I even left this sitting out for two days and the bowl remained untouched by him. He just hates it! Chewy was awesome as always and helped get me a refund as well as some ideas for other foods to try. My search for the perfect food for my picky little guy continues.

  • New i/d dog food

I like the new formulated I/D. It seems to be smaller. Sophie is missing a lot of teeth & with this size it's easier to chew.

  • AMAZING FOOD!!

    By on

First let me say that over the past 8 years I have tried MANY different dry food products for my problem child Shar-Pei...there is NOTHING that can compare to this wonderful product!! My baby has multiple health issues, but this food has really got her gut & bowel issues under control. Her poop has NEVER been this normal! So thankful to find this natural non gluten, low fat food that she gobbles up! It is truly “THE BOMB”!!

  • Calms an upset GI tract

    By on

This is our go to for when something is off with our Golden's tummy. Her bowels always seem to right themselves with just a day or two of this food and holding back on greasy treats. It's a must have on our shelf even though it is expensive.

  • My dog eats it!

    By on

I purchased this because my dog has pancreatitis and had stopped eating everything but the homemade diet I was making for her. It's sometimes hard to keep up the supply of homemade food so I wanted to find a dry food she would eat. She seems to like this and so far no negative effects to her appetite or health.

  • Westie loves it

    By on

I had searched for food that would digest easily for my tummy sensitive dog. This has worked so well. She never has the gassy upset and cleans her dish so quickly I had to order a "slow dish" to slow her down. thanks to my Vet and Chewy we now have a quiet tummy.

  • Yay for natural

    By on

so glad they have a more natural formula. Bear has switched over from the original formula to this one with no problems. Happy that they did away with the byproduct meat . That always freaked me out. Hopefully the will make a natural wet food as well
