Food is great. While my finicky cat will not eat it on its own, I mix in with his favorite kibble for more hydration. Each time I add more until the cat wont eat it. Only negative - the bags are very small and do not last long.

My cat has early stage kidney disease and is a picky eater. He seems to like this dry food.

Started feeding my 17 yr old cat with early stage kidney disease this food in October. By January his kidneys have already improved.

My cat in early renal failure loves this food. I also feed the wet food, equally popular!

What Dublin likes, Dublin gets. He has gained weight and seems to be feeling much better with Hills k.d.

My cat will not eat this product. I tried mixing it with his favorites, mixing it with water and much more. Nothing worked. I am sure it is a good product and a good alternative to the kidney disease diet( which he also refuses to eat and mwhen he does eat a little his BG goes crazy. But this is not for my Mellie.

My cat isn’t particularly finicky but she does like the food. She’s in very early stage kidney failure. Basically her blood work is starting to show a decline but not enough to declare her in the realm of kidney failure. We’re hoping to delay the onset. Fingers crossed.

As soon as my vet got the prescription to Chewy they shipped it out fast and I got it a day early.

My vet put one of my cats on KD for kidney support. I feared he would not like it/eat it. Not only does he love it, my other 2 cats try to get to the food too.

Sadly didn't get to use much of the bag before the end. Try and get samples from the vet to see what flavor they like.
