    We have a 12 year old pug who is very overweight and arthritic. Our new vet said he needed to lose at least 10 lbs, 15 would be better. She was the first vet that insisted we change his diet and increase his exercise. We bought this food at her recommendation. He has been on this food for about a month and has lost weight. (Haven't been able to weigh him yet, but he's definitely thinner). Yesterday he ran to us. He hasn't run in years. He is much more agile and now will climb the stairs willingly. He loves the food. I highly recommend this food. Try a small bag first if you are unsure. … more

    My 11 year German Shepherd started out loving the food which is great because she needs to slim down eight pounds. That’s a lot for a dog especially a senior one. Well after a week and a half she won’t touch the food. So I spent $80 on food she refuses to eat and food my other two dogs can’t have.
