    A+ for the lowest protein for kidney disease

    My dog, unfortunately, is on the verge of going into kidney failure and my vet recommended low protein food. With only 3.5% protein, my dog still gobbles it up, licks her bowl clean and is so excited at every feeding.     Discerning dog wouldn't go near it

    My Berger Blanc Suiss-Husky stopped eating his dry Royal Canin. I purchased a variety of canned food for him to try. I discovered he doesn't like loaf/pate canned food. While he has liked all other brands of "stew" type canned food he wouldn't even go near the bowl with this food in it. He did eat My Berger Blanc Suiss-Husky stopped eating his dry Royal Canin. While he has liked all other brands of "stew" type canned food he wouldn't even go near the bowl with this food in it. He did eat a different kind that day so he was hungry. I offered it to him at another time in case he just didn't want it the first day. Another no go. Luckily, I had only purchased a single can at a local store. … more
