Different from the 2.9 oz?

Got this despite the negative reviews because my cat loves the 2.9 oz one, but this 5.5 oz seems to have a different recipe than the 2.9 oz, totally different texture and look. I added water to give it some moisture and my cat ate most of the bowl that I fed her last night, but today she won't touch it. On the bright side, Chewy was great about providing a refund!

Will not touch

I just received this case of food. I opened my first cat to give to my cats and they will not touch it. I have one cat that will eat anything. It doesn't even look right to me. I tried to give to my dogs and they do not want it.

Cats don't like it

I have 2 cats- one is a little picky and the other will eat anything. Neither of them will eat this food. The texture is weird- hard and kind of crumbly.

Could be a little more moist, but adding water helps

Our teeth-less senior cat is not super thrilled about this food, but she eats it. I agree with previous reviews that the food is a little dry. However, adding a little bit of warm water solves the issue just fine. I also think her sense of smell is not the best so adding warm water enhances the smell and makes it more attractive to her. Our one year old cat is crazy about any kind of food and if we do not stop him, he eats senior food. Same with our dog.

It is like cement

As soon as I opened the first can with my cat's I knew it was a waste of money!

Not good for my cats

None of my cats will eat this. and the outside strays don't like it either. I hope maybe a hungry possum will eat it as I have a whole case to put out.

This is too dry for a canned food.

I have four senior cats. They eat other senior food from this brand, but none of them will eat this. It seems too dry.

OUR CATS WERE NOT INTERESTED IN EATING

THE FOOD MAY BE GOOD BUT OUR 7 CATS DID NOT EAT THIS FOOD. TOOK A BITE OR 2 BUT LEFT THE REST IN DISH. I BELIEVE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN JUICIER.

Our older cat losing weight

We ordered the 7+ Hill science cat food for our 13 year old cat She was in perfect health before that when we ordered the adult cat food. But in the14 weeks of eating the 7+ cat food she had begun losing weight. The 7+ has less calories than the adult so we are going back She had had a physical before we changed the food so it’s not her health. Not chewys fault at all We changes it.
