    My baby Epuny doesn't eat any kind of food only eats what she wants to eat. So selecting the food for her is a huge challenge. But when I ordered this, I ordered it because what she was hesitant to eat was out of stock. Thank God for it.     Taken a step in the wrong direction...

    As a long-time customer of Chewy, I can say there has been a noticeable change in the last few months. The item I ordered is fine, but it is Chewy that I am rating here. It used to be the customer service excelled. For example, if part of an order was unavailable, there was contact made. It used to be the customer service excelled. For example, if part of an order was unavailable, there was contact made. In my last 4 orders, 2 have had issues. One, they held the shipment for days and days before I called to find out they were holding to wait on part of the order that was unavailable. The second time, they shipped me less than I asked for, with no notice. Then, when I went to order what I needed (dog food), I had to pay shipping because it was no longer eligible for free shipping. Yes, a call and 20 minutes of my time remedied the $5 shipping, but it used to be that would not even be necessary, we would have be contacted. So, now I am not confident that the auto-ship products will arrive to me on time, which was one of the bright spots for Chewy in years past. … more
