  • My dog loves hills

    By on

My dog is older and has digestive issues so he does best on a low fat diet. Doctor suggested Hill Science diet light dry food. He's doing so well on it. He seems to like it and knock on wood lol there's been no issues for my old man. Chewy offers it at comparable prices and it's delivered to your door.

  • This Food Helps My Dog

    By on

My dog had digestive issues. I tried this food because it had a higher fiber content than most. I also add Mighty Dog wet dog food to the dry, and I now have a happy dog that eats her meals regularly and has no more digestive problems. Love this food!

  • Great weight management choice

    By on

This was always the 2nd choice for my 2 dogs, for weight management food. I have given it to them before, but I think the large pieces are bothering my Basset Hound. He will eat anything, and as long as it is mixed with a smaller piece kibble, he's fine. He isn't a small breed, so I wish there were a medium kibble for weight management I guess.

  • Good for shedding a few

Our 2 year old mutt who was putting on a few pounds, even with exercise. We easily migrated this in with her original Hill's Science and she is totally fine with it!

  • Simply didn't work for my dog

    By on

I realize every dog is different. So this review pertains to my dog. The food was to be a transition from a high fiber prescription food, to a high fiber non-prescrition food. After several weeks of attempting to integrate this food into his diet, he kept having setbacks (diagnosed with fiber related Colitis). So, when we went backt to soley using Hill's W/D prescription food, he cleared right up. The vet suggested we discontinue the Hill's Science Diet.
