    Keeps teeth pretty clean

    I feed this along with some canned food for my kitty, Poppy. Recently, he developed a root abscess in one of his upper canine teeth. A trip to the feline dentist showed that even though he had that root abscess, the rest of his teeth were very clean! They went ahead and did a complete dental cleaning I feed this along with some canned food for my kitty, Poppy. Recently, he developed a root abscess in one of his upper canine teeth. A trip to the feline dentist showed that even though he had that root abscess, the rest of his teeth were very clean! They went ahead and did a complete dental cleaning on him anyway, but said that all other teeth were in great shape for his age (7). Poppy will continue enjoying Oral Care food along with his wet food, both are keeping him in great shape. … more

    No, just no!

    We like Hill's Science Diet Foods - wet and dry. My cats typically eat the indoor dry food. But, given the chance to try Oral Care, we decided to do so... no, just no! This food is insanely large! It's the size of dog food! I feel like anyone that is concerned with their cats teeth wouldn't be purchasing We like Hill's Science Diet Foods - wet and dry. I feel like anyone that is concerned with their cats teeth wouldn't be purchasing this as it could damage them further. My cats aren't particularly small, but they're not a large breed cat either... it sounds so painful listening to them eat this food. Needless to say, more of it gets thrown around my kitchen floor than they probably eat because they have to break it down so much to even be able to swallow it. Would NOT recommend. :( … more
