    Sheba loves it

    I rescued Sheba in mid-June she was 84 pounds, supposed to be around 60. This was the first and only food I purchased. My vet said feed her the amount for a 60 pound dog. She is around 7 years old Shepard/Chow mix who basically waddled into the room to meet me. I stick to the recommended feeding (no exceptions) and we walk at least 4-6 times a day. I took her to the vet this week and she’s down to 73 pounds. She doesn’t act like she’s hungry. Your food satisfies her. She has a spring in her step and is crazy about playing fetch in the private dog park. Your food certainly has helped to get her in the road to healthy. Thank you. … more

    Not happy with the new kibble

    My dog is a Bichon who weighs 19 pounds. Her vet says this is her ideal weight and she never varies more than an ounce or two. She has eaten Perfect Weight for several years and has done very well with it. I just opened a new bag and saw the new much smaller kibble. She has eaten Perfect Weight for several years and has done very well with it. I just opened a new bag and saw the new much smaller kibble. I gave her some and she almost choked on it. She always would pick out one kibble, chew it and swallow before getting the next one. This is so small she just swallows. Why did they have to change? I contacted the company and they gave the usual "always trying to improve". Also could get my money back if I returned it. Wont be mailing back a 28 pound of dog food. Time to look for an alternative. Sad because one of the things I have always liked about Science is no yellow spots on the lawn. … more
