    Food Allergies

    My Bella loved fish! So for years I fed her the Salmon Science Diet for skin. She was on steroids and other prescription medicines that caused her to have seizures, only to find out she was allergic to seafood! I changed it to science diet chicken for skin sensitivities and her feet healed up her My Bella loved fish! So for years I fed her the Salmon Science Diet for skin. I changed it to science diet chicken for skin sensitivities and her feet healed up her body healed up the vet was amazed! It just goes to show you sometimes moms know better doctors don’t know everything! I just feel bad for putting her through all those steroids and shots and other drugs for years! … more

    Since we got our Shih Tzu from a shelter, we've fed him Purina One Smart Blend Beef and Rice for small dogs in addition to can food. But I was hoping to transition him to Hill's Science Diet because he seems to have a sensitive stomach and some skin issue and I thought maybe a chicken rather than beef Since we got our Shih Tzu from a shelter, we've fed him Purina One Smart Blend Beef and Rice for small dogs in addition to can food. But I was hoping to transition him to Hill's Science Diet because he seems to have a sensitive stomach and some skin issue and I thought maybe a chicken rather than beef base might be better. But he won't try this food at all. I've put a little in his dish with his regular dry food and I've put a little in his dish with his can food, but he will not eat it. … more
