These chews are best (imo) for moderate chewers. I have 2 dogs, a lab who is a very strong chewer and a German shorthair pointer who has a softer mouth and is a more moderate chewer. These don’t last long for the lab but they definitely keep the GSP occupied for a longer time. I like that I can make puffs out of the ends when they get too small to chew also. Only downside is the little bits that get left behind on the floor but fortunately I have the lab to go back when he’s done to Hoover those up. :)
My golden retriever is a SUPER chewer! For context, she can get through an antler in a week. It only takes her a couple days to get through one of these but she LOVES them and is constantly chewing on it. I love that it has minimal ingredients with no artificial preservatives. Also, on the back there are instructions on how to make the chew into a cheese puff. Usually I have to throw her dog chews away once they get down to an unsafe size but I love that we're able to use all of the chew, no waste. Plus, I think the cheese puff at the end is her favorite part.
Dog loves them, eats half one day and finishes the next. Longest lasting chew this super chewer has ever had.
