is this safe to use around eyes and on snout under nose?

Using the Healing Cream too close to the eye should be avoided however snouts under the nose should be fine.
Can this be used on a surgery wound that's been sewn up? My cat just had surgery to get a tumor off her chest. Wondering if this would be ok to use on it or if it's an application to use once the wound has absorbed her stitches?

Will it do any good if the wound is on my cats lip to put this on? Because all he will do is lick it off
