If you are looking for small piece training treats, these are perfect. Low in calories, but apparently high on the "yum factor" scale that my dog uses to evaluate the effectiveness of ANY treat, I recommend these....as does Shelby, our 6 year old Kelpie.
A great little treat not just for training but for health

A perfect little treat for my 9 lb Havanese! The pumpkin is what he needs for his eye health. He gobbles these up! He doesn't eat just anything and usually turns his nose up to most treats unless its human food.
Something Has Changed

I have fed Cuddles to my Westie for years. I could easily break in half and take on our walks for training treats, and they were also a special bedtime treat. Within the last year they have been so hard they can only be broken in half using a knife and they are impossible for him to even chew. Sometimes some in the bag were normal and the rest were super hard. The last bag I ordered they were ALL very, very hard. I will be looking for a new brand of treats, which is too bad, as I have been feeding THK dehydrated food for 7 years. As a side note, a friend was just in the ER with her Westie who choked on a hard treat.
My husky wasn't excited.

They're healthy treats you can feel good about giving your dog in larger quantities while training, but my husky wasn't too motivated by them. I've been mixing them with jerky treats so he doesn't know what he'll get. I like this brand but wouldn't buy these again.
Great treats for training!

No Dog would eat

My one dog eats anything and she spit these out. I gave to a family member and her 2 dogs refused to try them. Do not recommend
Great crunchy treat

Love this size cookie because it's small enough to give as a occasional treat. My dogs love these and I will continue to buy these wholesome human grade cookies that I feel good about giving to my dogs!
not for us :(

I love products from the honest kitchen in general but not this particular one unfortunately.
Normally she eats whatever is given but not this one.
She smelled and left at her first try. And at 2nd try, she chewed then spat it out :(
I also feel like it’s very hard to bite for younger or older dogs.

Our yorkies love these treats. Very healthy for them too!
Shepherd Pup Enjoys Them
on Sep 24, 2019
Pros: Small enough to use as training treats and easy to keep in a pocket; real ingredients; pup likes them.
Cons: They tend to crumble when breaking apart; they are not quite enough to tempt my pup away when he is doing something naughty, or when he isn't in the mood for training; very fishy smell (although not unpleasant, just very fishy!).
All in all, a good treat to have around and great for indoor commands like kennel, sit or down, but not quite enough for something like "come" if you are outside. It is, however, my go-to hard treat (and probably the best I have found yet), which is why I gave it five stars.
