Missy loves this stuff

I bought this dehydrated cat food. thinking I could use it for a gravy and that kind of worked but my 13-year-old kitties only will eat it if they also like the canned cat food I’m mixing it with so I had to find one that didn’t have carrageenan in it, and that was as healthy as I could afford that they would also eat but after a while my 15 year old cat Missy decided she loves this stuff all by itself so I’m going to order more just for her. Its kinda of soupy and thats what she likes. I can also pour some over the can food for my other kitties and they like it that way only not by it’s self. They really like can food with gravy I also add a little extra warm water and they are finely happy it took a few different foods to get them to eat it all and not waste it, they loves the cheap stuff but i was trying to feed them something healthier plus a lot of cheaper foods have carrageenan in it and I’ve heard from several sources that it’s a really unhealthy ingredient.

wanted to like it

I just switched my dogs to The Honest Kitchen, so I was excited to try this for my cats, too. I have 3 cats, and none of them touched it. My dogs ate it one night and threw it all up. Gave it 2 stars just because I love how clean the ingredients are.

Not sure it’s the same food!

I have been buying this for our inside cat since last September and he had been eating it No problem. Then I had an issues finding this flavor for awhile and I tried the Turkey and Chicken flavors and he was not a fan at all! We mixed it with friskies canned to get him to eat them! Now he won’t even touch this box! I have tried mixing it with friskies also and he just refuses to eat it. So I tried it in the stray cats outside and they won’t touch it either….Has the ingredients changed? I thought maybe that’s the issue idk, but now I’m stuck with a box of dehydrated cat food I can’t get anyone to eat and feel so guilty to just throw it out because its so expensive! Go figure!

Even small amounts makes them sick

We have tried to transition our three girls over to this food multiple times now. Small amounts mixed with their normal wet food. And everytime they vomit it right back up. And not just a small amount. No the vomit their whole stomachs out. We have only ever fed them a tablespoon at most at one time and... Yeah. Never again. We will try to find a cat who will eat it but so far... No go. And out girls are the last thing from picky. They will try anything and everything so it's super unusual that any of them wouldnt touch it. But they know it makes them sick and now none of them will eat it. So it's a big no from us

I bought this when I couldn't get my regular food

They liked it unfortunately it has kelp in it not good for cats or us kelp is known to contain heavy metals including arsenic and is a carcinogen if they took the kelp out I would buy it there is a review on here from another reviewer for another food that also contained kelp they removed the kelp from their product and I now use that

Bad batch?

Our cats have been eating this with no problem for about a year. But the last box we ordered, the cats have been vomiting as soon as they eat it. I'd rate it 4 stars typically but since we had to throw the box out I brought it down to 2 stars.

they love it

I feed this to my adult cats and kittens. Buying wet food was too expensive with too much waste of metal cans. Everyone seems to like this better with their dry food rather than the cans. So happy cause my dogs eat this brand too

Cats love this

I love this food! I mix it with tuna or chicken for my cats at night and can change if i want it more or less thick. I love this for weaning kittens off mill replacer. Just all around good stuff. All 4 of my cats love it.
