Is this a liquid? Mine are a solid, sort of wet, but can be cut into squares. Just wondered if that is normal or if it got dehydrated.

How do you store unused portions of an open box? Should it be transferred to a tupperware container in the fridge or can it be stored in the box?

The Honest Kitchen dehydrated foods are naturally shelf stable and should be stored in a cool, dry place – out of sunlight. They don’t recommend refrigerating their food when it’s dry, because this can introduce moisture. If you want to freeze the food, you should hydrate it first. If you do choose to place the dry food in the freezer, they recommend keeping the box in the freezer for the remainder of its use.

What is the phosphate percentage in each flavor
