Wanted to love it but...

Loved that it picks up the dirty water. But it takes way too long to Clea! I saw one review that said it seems that the brushes barely touch the floor. I could spend minutes on tile and it didn't get all dirt where there subtle changes in surface. It would also lose suction and make a terrible sound when it did.
