I am Canadian and haven't ordered from here, but I truly love this food. Typically I feed Acana, but with all of the chicken I couldn't obtain a formula suitable for our Lab mix and my dog with Irritable Bowel Disease. We have been feeding it for a few months now, and even hit a rough patch which the brand donated 4 damaged bags to us. I love the customer service, I love the food, my dogs actually look forward to eating it. Fur is soft, feces isn't bad, all in all amazing. Although a lot of filler, it avoids both grain and potatoes which cause very negative effects. Keep it up
