Does this have a d ring at the girth area?

This girth has D-rings all around, including the girth area.
What size is "pony"? Please provide measurements.

Measurements are approximately 10824-DP-F is 5.5' long (one section is 2' the other is 3.5') it has the two buckle points with holes at 1" increments. They both have 9 holes so up to an extra 18". 10824-DB-P is 4.5' long (one section is 1.5' the other is 3'). This also has two buckle points with 9 holes allowing an extra 18" in size. Both items are 4.5" in width and the straps are 1".

High quality, light weight, there's a ton of padding, and a ton of rings to choose where you want to connect your reins or other equipment.
