My pet won't respond even when the training system has been installed successfully.

• Charge both the remote transmitter and the receiver collar for 6 hours before initial use.
• Check to see if the remote transmitter and the receiver collar have been turned on.
• Check the intensity levels of vibration and static shock.
• Make sure the receiver collar has sufficient power to operate.
• Restart the receiver collar by pressing the ON/OFF button.
• Test the 4 functions (Beep, Light, Vibration and Static Shock) before initial use.
• Check whether the receiver collar has entered into the Deep Sleep mode.
• Check if the collar fits snugly with your pet's neck.
• Check the thickness of your pet's fur and use contact points of appropriate length. If needed, trim your pet's fur so the contact probes come in direct contact with their skin.
• If all of the above have been done and your pet still gives no response, please try to re-sync the remote transmitter and the receiver collar.

The remote transmitter does not work

• Check if the remote transmitter is in low battery status.
• You have to press and hold the Mode button of the transmitter to turn it on.
• Check if the transmitter has entered into the Standby or Deep Sleep status.

My receiver collar works great for some time, yet it does not work after charging.

• Check if the receiver collar has been charged correctly.
• Check if the receiver collar has been turned on.

This system works by first charging the remote and receiver for 3-5 hours and then syncing the remote to the receiver. This can be done by either following the instructions in the manual or watching the step by step video provided above.

Yes, the rattling sound is made there by design. Since there is no on/off button, the receiver will go into sleep mode when the item is not in use. The rattling is a small detection piece placed inside the device to let the receiver know when the dog is moving or not.

There will be no interference as long as each remote is properly paired and synced to its collar. You can even use one remote to control both collars. There is a two dog option on the remote. You first sync the first collar to dog 1 on the remote and then do the same to the second collar but switch it to dog 2 on the remote.

The recommended charge time is 3-5 Hours max. Do not charge overnight, that will eventually burn out the battery.

No, the training collar should not be used as a leash. It should not stay on the dog past the training sessions.

Not necessarily, once the collar is wrapped through the receiver you will not be able to see this red light, because it is very faint. It’s recommended to charge the receiver and to check if any of the corrections work via the remote.
