Hound&Gato
I have 3 cats and not one, even the one who eats everything would not eat this food.. Even after being gone 24hours.
Every cat is different
My one cat liked it at first but after a few times not too crazy. The other cat wanted to part of it

Great food!
My cats normally come running for food, but with this they come running and hopping and meowing cause they’re so excited! They absolutely love it and I love that it makes them so happy and content. I have to hide the bag in another room so they can’t just tear it open and munch on it! Normally they leave their food bags alone. I really love that it’s grain free which is really great for cats as they are oblique carnivores! Overall I’m really happy with this brand.
Dog couldn’t wait!
When my dog saw the bag, he was ready to rip it open! I put the food in his IQ pet feeder and he was determined to get every last piece of kibble. I like that the kibble doesn’t have a lot of flavoring specs on the outside of it so it’s pretty clean. The kibble is a little wider than some we’ve had before but it’s pretty flat too. My dog loves chicken, so I knew he was gonna be happy with this new food!
Cats LOVE this food
For first impressions, my cats love this food. I bought this food because it is hard to find good food without legumes, and this brand doesn't use them, which is great. Overall, it seems to be great food!
Concerned about the carbs
I ordered this based on ingredient list. After a double check, I'm now concerned about the carb count. I have a FAT cat. She needs low carb & low glycemic. I wish food companies would break out the soluble vs insoluble carbs, so we know exactly what they are absorbing.
High Quality Dry Cat Food
When we adopted our 1 year old tabby, the shelter gave us a small bag of Hound & Gatos Dry Cat food to take home. After we finished the bag we tried other dry foods but our cat wouldn't eat them. Hound & Gatos is not available in stores near us so thankfully we were able to order a large bag through Chewy.com. Our cat has been very happy ever since she has her Hound & Gatos dry food again. It's a higher priced cat food, but it's also high quality and buying the bigger bag is definitely a better deal. We only have one cat so it should last us a while.
Love it so much
Divina loves hounds and gatos chicken food!! They munch it right up right away! It’s great for senior dogs too!
Pretty good
I have just started my cat on this brand of cat food, and he will eat it, but he doesn't love it. He much prefers his previous brand. But I like the fact that Hound & Gatos is healthy and good for him, so I will continue to order it.
