Way too hard for Dogs Teeth

By Fourblocks on Apr 24, 2021

I have two large dogs and one is 8 years old and the other is less than 2 years old. They cannot eat these treats. These treats are as hard as rocks. My dogs are aggressive chewers and can typically handle hard treats but these seem almost like a prank treat or something they are so hard. Both dogs really love these. My boy recently had surgery and would eat his food and I ordered this just in time and put one in front of his nose and he ate it like piece of candy haha. Will definitely be getting more next time

    He Likes It!

I think our dog was 'Mikey' in a former life. He only likes peanut butter flavored biscuits. For nearly 9 years, he has eaten only Red Barn's Peanut Butter Filled Chewy Louie biscuits, which have sadly been discontinued. I thought our dog would die from a broken heart. We have purchased tons of biscuits over the years for our dog, but he would only eat RBCL. We frantically purchased more biscuits as deadline for last Chewy Louie loomed. Howl's Kitchen just came across our radar and I madly bought a pack. We had three bags of biscuits show up. One ($9) was eschewed. One was rolled about in his mouth like a fine wine and then spat out, which the cats then used as a hockey puck...and then I think our dog was 'Mikey' in a former life. We heard, 'crunch, crunch' and he came back and sat in front of me...asking for a second biscuit. WOW!!! We found a WINNER!!! … more
