Not perfect but I do love it. Although it’s very well-made, I don’t like the locking clips for the canopy; difficult to squeeze to connect or release canopy if one has fingernails. The drink cup is very small and does not feel secure so I don’t bother with it at all. That being said, the stroller feels sturdy and rides smoothly. I bought it because it folds up short and thick instead of long and thin. This fits best in our small airplane and is of good quality. A stroller is a real problem solver when traveling with a pet.
We really were impressed with this dog stroller. It was easy to maneuver, roomy for both dogs, light weight and folds up easily for putting back in vehicle.
Got this stroller due to me dog is scheduled to have a surgery ending of December 2021. The day that the stroller arrived I was so happy due to having an appointment with the Vet that same afternoon. To make long story short I got home with a bruised feet and at least 2 bruises on my legs. The front wheels bend in a position that causes that stroller to trip the person pushing it. It happed to me at least 7 times, I stopped to inspect if there is a lock but there none. The front wheels have a part where it bends manufacture design... that causes the stroller to bend and its catastrophic! I will return it ASAP I don't know what stroller I should buy now cause Im scared to even try!!!
It was easy to put together - just pop on the wheels. Easy to open and close. My little puppy feels safe inside. He’s just learning to go on walks, so I take him in and out so he doesn’t get too overwhelmed. Also very light to lift. It’s sturdy too. Very happy with this purchase.
Beautiful and well constructed. It was a gift for my Dad’s Yorkie who loves to travel in a stroller and sit in it for a better part of the day.
This was the one I decided to buy after months of research. I absolutely love it, it’s very well built and is the Cadillac of strollers. Looks like it will last for a very long time!
Love the stroller, perfect except one BIG problem. The front wheels are too small, the slightest uneven sidewalk will slam it to a stop. I will be returning much to my disappointment, loved it otherwise, but I feel it is not safe for my dog or myself. I did send email to the company and they have not responded.
I was a bit skeptical at first because I thought it would be too big. When I put it together i was pleasantly surprised, it was sturdy, spacious enough to fit two small dogs comfortably and i love the premium materials. A must buy.
I got this stroller to take my dog around. I went with the “lite” version because I wanted to be able to handle the stroller on my own when on the go. I can easily hold this over my head although the stroller is a bit ungainly. The ride is pretty smooth, and my dog seems to be comfortable in it, but I do have some feedback: there is a bar at the bottom connected to the two back wheels. Sometimes when I’m walking, I take longer strides and will often kick the black bar. It’s minor, but definitely something that annoys me and limits my range of motion. The stroller handle feels nice when gripped, but it sits a bit low. I’m 5’6”, and if the handles were adjustable, I’d raise it just a bit. The slide/push buttons to close and open the stroller is made of cheap-feeling plastic, and I worry that it will break after a while. Sometimes the button you push will get stuck, so I have to make multiple attempts every now and then. The wheels don’t feel substantial, and I feel I will need to replace them regularly. To be fair, I use the stroller to go on daily walks, and I don’t think this stroller is designed for that. Thankfully, this stroller comes with a 3 year warranty on the wheels, so don’t forget to register your stroller! I plan to get the new Jogger model made by the same company as I feel that will better fit my active lifestyle. I’m glad to have this lite travel version for when I’m on the go and I want to take my little guy with me. But for daily use, I will need wheels that are more durable and an overall aerodynamic design. Despite me giving it 3 stars, this stroller is a keeper for me, and it looks really chic. I do not regret the purchase because even if I had gone with the Jogger first, I would’ve eventually gotten this for errands and travel. I love the rose gold metal, and the stroller does not feel cheap (except the wheels and the button to close and open the stroller). Set up was SUPER easy, incredibly self-explanatory, and I feel the stroller will generally be low maintenance (minus the wheels). Comes with two washable liners, a storage cover, and a small cup holder that could comfortably fit a plastic water bottle (cannot fit my Yeti tumbler).
Great stroller. Very stable, easy to adjust and attractive. My elder dog definitely enjoyed her ride.
