Worthless
If your dog poops in grass or any place except on a hard even surface all this does is smear the poop around. It’s so flimsy it doesn’t pick up anything.

Hygena Scoop
Love this scoop because the scoop never touches the poop! We must store our scoop in the garage which is why I like this feature. We did break one scoop due to a very crazy pup yanking the leash and causing the scoop to slam to the ground - that's the reason for only 4 stars. Didn't stop me from purchasing another one.
not a good product
I bought this scooper and my expectations were let down so hard the bags were a nice touch but wasn’t strong enough to hold the poop I have back issues the scooper it self does not extend I could go on but this is good enough.

Great for outside AND the litterbox!
I'm disabled, and this scooper takes all the labor out of scooping poo. I originally got it just for outside, but once it got here, it was an immediate game changer for my litter box cleaning routine as well. Its a little shorter than I anticipated, but if I'm scooping outside, I just carry a litter bucket, and if I'm doing the litter box, I just pull up a chair. It's super convenient. I've only had it a month, so I can't speak to longevity, but for this price point, I don't mind having to replace it after a while, if I need to.
The teeth at the edge of the scoop is nice for filtering out debris or separating waste for removal from the surroundings. The bucketed side on the other half of the scoop ensures I don't drop anything unintentionally. The squeeze-operated handle is super easy to use, although if hand mobility is an issue, doing more frequent, shorter tasks is probably ideal than one long-winded sweep through.

I have used a scoop like this before but without the bag feature. Really like the added bag design. Easy to use and easy to remove bag and dispose of what you pick up.
May leave some residue when used on a hard surface like concrete, especially soft poop. No problem when used on the grass in our yard. I push down slightly on the "inner handle" as I lift up. Can successfully use same bag for multiple pick ups. Both clear bags and silver bags work well, I prefer the silver ones because they hide the contents, and are thicker. ( but clear bags definitely work).
I invert the scoop if bag in place and anticipate rain. Trying to keep bag ( when on scoop ) from filling with water,but it's on the outside so easily drained..
Does a great job and works well.
One hand operation let's me use a flashlight in the other.
Definitely recommend and would buy again. Bag makes disposal easy and keeps scoop clean.
Jaws have one flat side and one scalloped(?) , so jaws do not interlock, but meet firmly. I can "strain" loose poop from grass, by pushing down slightly.

Loved it until it broke
Lasted 2 weeks before the handle snapped while I was scooping my puppies poop. Sad because I really loved the scooper the bags make it an easy clean up but I wish they designed it with stronger materials.
VERY CHEAP!
Broke after one use, it was a complete waste of my money! I can’t return it as it has been used but I am very disappointed and really want my money back!
Great Gadget!
If you have difficulty bending over to pick up your dog's poop, this is the tool for you! Once you get the hang of loading a bag, you will find this a joy to use. No bending, poop captured in plastic bag, and all that's left is to dispose of it in the trash! I've successfully used the scoop on a hard surface as well as in the grass.

This works great. Easy to use and leaves no mess. Also easy to reload.

So far, so good. This really works well for a job no one likes. I would recommend this to anyone who hates to pick up poop.
