I have to tell you that I have a serious concern about the possum dog toy. This toy looks way too realistic. Not to be a downer, but possums are already one of the most misunderstood and most critical animals to our environment. They eat tons of ticks and other insects and are a very beneficial animal to have around. They also do not carry rabies, but can seem pretty vicious when confronted. I’m afraid a dog will attack a real possum because they are used to playing with their toy possum.
Who knew that I would need to have 2 of these!! My corgis went crazy when I opened the box they don’t even care about the other toys that were in box. Might have to put it away until the next one comes.
My dogs went wild when I opened the possum box. After a while I had to put it away because they were obsessed with it. It looks like a real baby possum.
My dog Luke loves this thing. His goal is to get the squeaker out. This on is he can not. The head is the squeaker.
Bought this for a small corgi and she chewed the ears and the feet off it right away. Don't recommend if your dog is any kind of a chewer.
Unless your dog is obsessed with real opossums and you need a good laugh like we did, this toy is a waste of money! 18 pound cocker spaniel totally destroyed in 30 minutes. Fortunately she still likes to carry around even after the squeaker is gone and it's shredded.
Sunny loves chewing the heck out of this. So far so good
Only took golden retriever 2 days to rip apart but no stuffing so didn’t make a mess. Pretty thin material. Would only recommend for a small dog.
Please restock. We need a new one, this will be number two. Lasted nearly 6 months with a 70lb chewer. He takes this across the country and everywhere. It no longer squeaks and just recently missing an ear LOL
My dogs love it so much. Its as if its a real animal.
