I love the Iams brand. I switched to this bc my 3 babies all have their own issues... Choc. Lab has serious allergies and gets 2 shots a month. My Catahoula has tummy issues and its been hard to get him to eat, if he doesnt then he throws up and still wont eat. Yellow Lab can eat anything luckily... so far after 1 bag the Choc. is doing good with no reactions, the Catahoula is actually enthusiastic about eating now YEA !!! and the Yellow can still and does eat anything... it is expensive for 19 lb. bag but if it fixes my Catahoulas not wanting to eat issues im happy ! Plus im hoping it will help with skin and coat issues that may b going on from allergies... so i would say give it a try for a I love the Iams brand. • Stomach Issues

    By on

Hi I am Reba a 6 yr old lab mix. I have severe stomach issues before I got this new food i was throwimg up 1 or 2 times a week (my throw up smelled like it should have came out of my butt). So my 2 legged Mommy and Daddy decided to try this stuff out. At first I didn't like it but I do now and guess what I haven't thrown up that nasty smelling stuff since. My Mommy and Daddy are thrilled with that.

  • Sensitive stomach cocker spaniel

    By on

Bought this IAMS food for my daughter’s 8 year old cocker spaniel. She had been feeding her a salmon and something food for sensitive skin and stomach, which the dog wasn’t too crazy about. This chicken recipe appealed more to her liking and comes in bigger kibbles than her old food. I think I made a good choice even though the protein value was a bit less.

  • My dog seems to be doing good on this

    By on

His stomach seems good, not seeing a lot of difference in him with his feet licking, I was hoping that would help some since it says sensitive skin too. I mainly bought it for his sensitive stomach and he seems to like the taste and doing well with that, the skin part was going to be a bonus.

  • Dogs wouldn't eat it.

    By on

As usual, when changing one brand of dog food for another, I started by mixing a tablespoon of this new dog food (IAMS) with the 1/2 cup of the regular dog food. This was the same for my 3 dogs. The dogs picked out this IAMS dog food and put it outside their bowl and ate their other food. I tried this several more times with the same results. This IAMS dog food is no longer in our home. By the way - the kibble was different sizes, so I was not mistaken by what brand was eaten and what made it's way to outside the bowl.

  • Can't find this food in local stores

Bought this for the neighbor whose dog is always chewing on grass. The dog loves it. I can't find this in local stores and I believe Iams is one of the best foods for its price out there.

  • Helps my boy

    By on

The Iams grain free really works for my dog. We didn’t realize he was allergic to gluten and tried a different iams dry first, but then it wasn’t being made anymore. I contacted chewy and we figured out what was going on. Now he has the new dry food and absolutely loves it.

  • Sensitive grain free

Our standard poodles wouldn’t eat it and what little they did eat gave them gas. I’m sticking with blue buffalo limited ingredients grain free.

Great Reviews and thought my girls would eat it, but no luck there. They sniffed it and walked away. Donated it to local animal shelter.
