Good But...

It seems like a good product upon opening up the package; smells like fish which my Roo loves, doesn't dissolve in ones hands, and my thoughts were yay!!! BUT Roo just didn't like chewing on it and discarded it and walked away without a second look back.

Cat Loves These Stinky Treats

These smell bad but they are supposed to. They are not rotten, just really smelly dried fish. My cat is wild for them. I give him about 1 full fish per day, but he would eat the whole bad if I let him. My other cat will not touch them, so seems like you have to see how your cat reacts, as always with food. The treats are a good source of omegas, which are excellent especially for aging cats.

Scared my cat to death!!

My cat hissed at it and ran away. 2 days later she still won't go near area I had sat the fish..obviously it's not there anymore. Stinks Awful!!!

Treats Arrived Rancid

I just ordered these treats for the first time and they arrived rancid. The smell was so bad that not only the cats didn’t want anything to do with them, neither did the dogs. I normally buy dehydrated fish treats for my pets and of course they have a fish smell (some stronger than others) but nothing like this rotted carcass smell. Will not chance buying this product again.

Cats walk away from these.

I was hoping these would be a great treat for my cats. Neither will eat them

Smells awful

I don't know if they went bad or what because they smell HORRIBLE. Not just fishy-bad, but extra bad. Only one of my four cats would eat it.

A kitty hit!

These stink like rotten death, but my cats LOVE them! Advice: store the bag in another ziplock bag or airtight container.

Spoiled upon arrival

These capelins arrived spoiled. They smelled rancid (have ordered capelins in the past and while always distinctly fishy, never have they ever smelled spoiled before this order). Tossed bag

cat hates them

I probably shouldn’t have bought these based off of the previous reviews, but I gave it a shot anyways because my cat usually loves treats like these. He absolutely hated the way these smelt, he tried to cover it up like it was poop. Lol

Mixed Feelings

Bought these for my cats to see if they’ll chew on them to help their teeth. One cat licked one a bit, before walking away. The other seemed to really like them, but he’s not a big chewer and after the first time crunching down on a fish, he kept trying to get away with just licking them and delicately trying to bite it. They’ve got a really strong sort of sweet fish smell, so I wouldn’t recommend leaving these laying around the house if you can’t tolerate that kind of smell. I’ll keep trying to see if they eat them, and maybe my review will improve.
