Too short for door

Supposed to be exact factory replacement but it is too short. The flap doesn’t reach the magnets so it doesn’t ever close. This has not been good for our electric bill. Now we have to remove the whole door on windy or cool days, defeating the whole purpose.

my only complaint is it usually only lasts 1 year before having to replace it because plastic tears and metal strip bends and gets rough edges. will buy again though

This replacement flap was a perfect fit for our Ideal Pet Door. We had purchased a replacement several years ago that was not quite a proper fit, but this one made a good seal. Will definitely purchase again.

was not correct size

the flap was 1/8 of an inch to short( to be the correct measurement) doesn't sound like much buts its enough so the flap does not reach the magnet for a proper fit. Did not return it because my old one was cracked

The pet flap was of good quality. It was not the right item. The fit was correct but screw holes were different on my pet door. I tried to modify to fit my door, so am am unable to return.

Nice item but wrong

My dog door flap is so difficult to replace--this looked good but will not work as size is wrong. I am sure for the right dog door it would be wonderful. But I travel on in my lonely quest for keeping cold air and leaves outside instead of my kitchen floor. On and on I go.
