Questions & Answers

15 Customer Questions

Would the small or medium/large be able to launch 2” balls? I know the small is under 2” balls and the large is 2.5” balls but do either of them accept right in between at 2”? Thank you!
Answer by ChewyMar 20, 2020
Any ball can be used as long as they are the correct size. The ball for the Small is at most 1.75 inches in diameter and the ball for the Medium/Large is at most 2.5 inches in diameter.

What’s the difference between small size and medium/large?
Answer by ChewyJan 15, 2020
The main difference between both launchers would be the overall size. The Small size measures 7.75 x 7.5 x 6.25 inches and is ideal for toy and small breeds and puppies (ball is 1.75 inches in diameter). The Medium & Large size measures 13.25 x 13.25 x 9.75 inches and is ideal for medium to large breed dogs (ball is 2.5 inches in diameter).

Can you use standard tennis balls with this launcher?
Answer by ChewyJul 24, 2020
Tennis balls can be used for the Medium/Large Launcher as long as they are at most 2.5 inches in diameter.

Dog Loves This!

We purchased this item for our 12 pound Italian Greyhound that LOVES to chase the ball. For hours. And hours. She will now use the device on her own if we get tired and ignore. We have it set up in our RV on the smallest setting with the little rubber ball. She plays when we don't want to! The tennis type balls lasted less than a day, but the yellow rubberized ones have lasted. She only loses them. But can't chew and destroy them. WE ARE SO GLAD WE MADE THIS PURCHASE!

This toy is trash

It’s broken and I still havnt gotten a return label to get my money back! It didn’t even turn on after charging battery and going through steps. I should have read reviews first. But my concern is chewy ignoring my attempts to get a return label to get my money back!

Broke after two months of use

We didn’t even open this purchase until 9 months after we bought it and after two months it’s broken ans the motor just runs constantly even when there is no ball in the machine. $200? What a joke!

Finally he gets it !

My dog uses this everyday . He totally is 100% happy with this launcher. I bought him a launcher that was cheaper that he wore out in one year. This launcher has lasted 1 year 8 months so far. And still going strong. I would post a video , but I can’t on this site.

Fun while it lasted

My dogs loved it and had hours of fetch time until it broke after about a month. A part broke inside and you can hear it rattling around.

Lived the product

My dog is 15 yrs old and still loves to play fetch. He will go as long as you will throw the ball... So I got this bc my arms get tired of throwing the ball... I love it! My dog, however, wants nothing to do with it. He got mad at me bc I kept putting the balls in the machine to be launched instead of me personally throwing them, and he stole a ball walked away and chewed the ball up. Great product if your dog will use it.

Sturdy well made

This is a lot of fun for our dog and family. He loves the yellow nerf material ball that came with it.
